Instructions for Authors

1. Paper Submission Process
   • Research papers must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT login only.
   • Use the Paper Submission button provided to access the submission portal.
2. Originality and Authorship
   • The paper should be original and unpublished.
   • Ensure that the full paper is submitted with the names and affiliations of all authors.
3. Plagiarism Policy
   • Any plagiarized work will lead to disqualification.
4. Manuscript Preparation
   • Follow the conference template for preparing your manuscript. You can download the template from the link below:
     conference-template-a4.docx
   • Submit the manuscript in Word Format only.
   • Figures and Tables must be of high definition and good quality.
   • The manuscript must be limited to six pages in length.
5. Similarity Score
   • The similarity score for the manuscript, checked through plagiarism detection tools, should not exceed 10% for the paper to be eligible for presentation at the conference.
6. Peer Review and Presentation
   • All submitted papers will undergo a peer review process.
   • Accepted papers will be presented in either oral or poster sessions, as recommended by the referees.
7. Post-Conference Publication
   • The presented papers will be submitted for further review to UGC Care/Scopus-indexed/SCI-indexed journals.
