For registration, kindly fill out the registration form for making the payment. The last date of authors' registration is 6 December 2025.

Registration Guideline

At least one author (main author) of each accepted paper must register on or before the last date of registration for consideration of the paper in the final program for presentation and publication.

Each full registration is entitled to present/publish only one (1) manuscript. The maximum number of pages in the manuscript is limited to 8 pages only.

Please keep a copy of the transaction ID, generated by the payment gateway or by your bank. It is required to track your payment/registration.

The paid registration fee is non-refundable.

Note: (Optional for Co-presenter and Attendee without paper registration)

The authors of accepted papers may opt for presentation jointly. In such cases, the presentation certificate will be provided to both the main author and co-presenter upon separate registration.

Both the main author and the co-presenter should register separately in the respective category.

* Article Publication Charges Rs. 6000/- additional for publication in Atlantis Press - Springer Nature

• Accommodation on request could be made available to registered participants on individual or sharing basis subject to availability.

Note:

• At least one author of each accepted paper must register.
• Each registration covers only one paper.
• For additional papers, an additional fee is required.

* Additional Charges of Rs. 6000/- for publication in Atlantis Press - Springer Nature if accepted. Conference papers not accepted in Atlantis press will be published as conference proceedings with ISBN number without any additional charges apart from registration fee.
